“What you deny the Divine in, you put in darkness. What you put in darkness, who you put in darkness, claims you in that darkness. And you justify these things. You are proud of your slander. In your courage to denounce another, you deny the Divine within them. And that is the claim of the shadow, pretending to be the light. What you bless, blesses you back. What you deny the Divine in, you damn. And what you damn, you are damned by as well.

“We teach these words for those convinced so that they may comprehend the responsibility of this teaching. You are not becoming saints. But you recognize where you inhibit the expression of God through your fear, which may masquerade as cruelty or distrust. You may understand yourself in a vast new way, but you must become willing to release the lie that fear is your protector, and distrust or the need to hurt others is part of the agreement to express divinity. It is never so.

“The Divine has come as each and every human being on this plane. If you deny God in one, you have denied God in all. Do you understand this teaching? You cannot be the light and hold another in darkness, and the moment you do this you have denied the light in all. The recognition of this truth, and the realization that you have been party to this, is a great moment for an individual because it gives him or her the opportunity to be liberated from it.”
